In 2025 they will be switched off completely, ceasing to exist.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>What does this mean?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>If you are using ISDN or PSTN you will need to review your telephony solution over the next couple of years. Before 2025, you will need to have plans in place to move to either a pure IP voice solution, or an IP connectivity\/transport solution.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>What do I need to do?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>If you were unaware of the switchover don\u2019t worry, we\u2019ll consult with you and advise you on how you can migrate to IP. We\u2019ll talk you through the benefits of replacement technologies such as SIP trunking and hosted phone systems and how you can protect your investment whilst you migrate.
