Who is eligible for CapZ?
Everybody! CapZ launched on 1 October 2018 in line with Ofcom’s Bill Spend Cap Legislation.
Bill Spend Cap is exclusive to single user tariffs connected from 1 October 2019 (with the exception of our Data Flex Tariffs). For customers connected before 1 October 2018 or on sharer plans they can take Auto Bar, or upgrade the customer to a compatible tariff.
